I have finally had a few minutes to enter another blog challenge. Cricut 360 is one of my favorite challenge blogs. I absolutely love their designer projects from week to week. Here is my entry for this week's transportation challenge. I was stuck on this one for a while, but ultimately I decided to go with a hot air balloon. This one is found on the Pop Up Cards cartridge. The Fantabulous Cricut Blog Challenge is also hosting a blog this week that asks you make a card for a friend. I think this one fits both very well.
I'm pretty sleepy tonight so I'm going to come back and post the recipe later. As always, thanks for stopping by!!
WOW!!!! Your card is gorgeous!! LOOVE the 3D effect you made with the cuts and embellishments. The level of detail is amazing. Thanks for joining us at Cricut360.

Holy smokes - that is some AWESOME work you put into this card. That kind of dimensional effect was popular years ago - how come I never do it any more now that I have my cricut? Thanks so much for the inspiration. Your card has so many elements to love - hot air balloons and banners just to name a few!

Okay, HOW did I miss this card??!! It is FABULOUS, Sabrina! No, that isn't even the word for it...stunning, amazing! Your cards literally are works of art! Every single detail is just absolutely GORGEOUS! CONGRATULATIONS on your top 3 at Cricut 360...so deserved!!
ReplyDeleteYou should really make the box card from the tutorial...it is so much easier than it looks. It basically is a few scores and folds and that's it. The dimension of the box is 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" and the box is 2" deep when opened. It folds flat so you can put something thin like a gift card in it. It was so fun and easy to make, I'll definitely be making more! Have a great weekend :)
