We Remember Moments

I have to say I have been dying to scrapbook these photos for months.  Almost a year actually.  I just couldn't come up with how.  Brandy suggested a double page layout and boom there it was!  She actually helped me finish this one up.  This is Brandy and her family playing at the park.  I love the picture of her son and daughter throwing up the leaves and her baby just sitting there chillin'.  It makes me smile every time I see it.

This page is based on a sketch I found on Pinterest.  It's by Pam Callagahan for GCD Studios. It's a 12 x 12 sketch, but I just expanded it to work for a 12 x 24 page.

I used Graphic 45's Bohemian Baazar for this project.  This is the very first Graphic 45 paper I have ever purchased.  I have always found their paper very pretty, but way too busy.  These patterns were perfect though, especially as I wanted to draw the blue out in the kids clothes.  So along with that is a bit of DCWV (can't remember which stack) and some basic Bazzil white.  Lots of vood veneers (told ya) and hey, buttons for a change - that was Brandy's idea.  I love this page, I really do.  Brandy happily took it home with her the day we finished it.
