Bookmarks for My Son

My son is quite the reader, and while I adore this about him, if I do have one complaint it's that he's constantly asking me for something to use as a bookmark.  He's very particular (doesn't like to fold down his pages) so we end up picking up odds and ends all of the time for his books.  I decided to make him some bookmarks of his very own.

I started with one of DCWV's new stacks, White Ginger, and a few Silhouette store files.  I then looked for a few images of Sonic (my son's favorite video game character right now) on the internet, did some tracing and walla!  The base bookmark file is from the Silhouette store and BRB stands for "Be Right Back".  Here they are, along with a few of my son's favorite books.

Thanks for stopping by!

  4. That's so cool! I should make some for my kids and for me too. I'm so ashamed to admit that I oftentimes use old receipts as bookmarks :(. I love the colors and the design of yours. TFS and inspiring!
