Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge No. 74

It's been a while since I made a card and man did that feel good.  Two hours, in and out, and it's done.  This card was made with a friend in mind.  I am sending her a gift and wanted to send something fun along with it.  This week's Waltzingmouse sketch was the perfect jumping off point.  The sketch:

  1. Gorgeous card, dear!! I absolutely love the sentiment :)

  2. It's beautiful Sabrina! Love the twine!

  3. This is stunning! I just love the embossing and the beautiful baubles.

  4. Love how you layered the label and the ornament images! So unique, and a beautiful combination. Love the embossed kraft cardstock in the background with the twine wrap. That was 2 hours very well spent...I SO understand those long crafting sessions, as it takes me forever to make cards, toooo!

  5. What a nice idea to put the label on top of the ornament. Gives the ornament such another look. Love it. And the card is so complete with stamps on the inside as well! Nicely done!

  6. Great card, love all of the layering. So much detail and beauty.

  7. Lovely layers, super embossed details and the ornaments look great! This is fabulous!

  8. This is beautiful! I love the layers and the embossing looks fabulous! Nice card-your friend will love this!
Hope you and your family have a Happy Thanksgiving!
