Go See Do!

Go. See. Do! My son and I took a trip to Melbourne, FL earlier this year.  We've spent quite a bit of time there and one of our favorite places is the Melbourne Zoo.  Lurve that place.  We were only in town a short while, but managed to stop by anyway.  Unfortunately the giraffes weren't interested in coming out to play so we we had to amuse ourselves . . .

I wanted this page to look like a  cork board that you would throw some random pictures on.  The "GoSeeDo" is actually a free cut file from the ever so talented Davinie Fiero, who is now designing for American Crafts.  I've discovered quite a few "new to me" scrapbookers recently and she is definitely one that I have at the top of my list.

I used cork sheet paper from Canvas Corp, some spellbinders dies, along with paper from DCWV and Amy Tangerine.  There are lots of brads, paper clips and do dads from Studio Calico, My Mind's Eye and who knows where else.  My son giggled when he saw this page.  I think it's pretty cute too.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

  1. I so love the "bulletin board" feel of this layout! I am taking mental notes because you truly know how to make a layout pop! Looks like you and your son were all kinds of happy that day.
