Self-Portrait

I realized recently that there aren't nearly enough pictures of myself or my husband in this year's Project Life album.  So I have been on a mission to take more photos of us, and well, of me.  I managed this self-portrait with my SLR and emailed it to myself so I could run it through an Instagram filter.  I've been in a serious kick with that app lately.  I loved the picture so I thought I would make a page featuring just me.  Lots of flourishy fun on this page. Silhouette has had some great files in the store lately.

This page features DCWV's new stack Sweet Tangerine. There is a splattering of The Sky's the Limit in there as well, washi and of course wood veneers.  I also broke out some of m spellbinders dies, and enamel dots.  Love the way this turned out.  It's definitely going in a frame.

  4. Gorgeous flourishes on this page. I love the pic of you. And the layers of patterned papers - how do you do that?! I have trouble mixing patterns :( and you just makes it look so easy, girl!
