This is a picture I took of Jakob at his Great-Grandmother's wedding this past weekend. The rose he is holding is from her bouquet. He asked her for one of her flowers before the ceremony and she told him she would give him one afterward. Well, he held her to it - right after the ceremony was over he marched up to her and asked for it and she obliged. My little man never forgets anything.
You will recognize the design, its the same from the last scrapbook page I did, taken from the Sketches 4 Scraps app I have on my IPhone. When I fall in love with something I have a hard time letting go of it! I used different paper, embellishments and flourishes than the first one, but I like this one just as much.
I live my life in widening circles that reach out across the world.

Welcome to Sabriolet Designs. Who am I? A mid-western girl now living in the South. I wear a multitude of hats on any given day including: domestic goddess, wife, attorney, child advocate, mom, paper crafter extraordinaire, bookworm, and perennial Buffy The Vampire Slayer fan. A few years ago I began paper crafting and it has flourished into a full-fledged obsession. I simply love paper. Paper crafting has become a way for me to express myself, to see something through from beginning to end. There is a little piece of me in everything I create. And with that, I hope you enjoy what you see here.
All work on my blog is original unless stated otherwise. I strive to give credit where credit is due and I believe strongly in the do under others as you would have them do unto you principle. Karma people!! I hope my work inspires you, as I am inspired by others daily. With that said, please do not claim my work as your own or submit it for publication, contests, or challenges. Feel free to scraplift for your own personal enjoyment and link back to the original post. THANKS!!
