Well here she is in all her glory. I struggled a bit here. I'm used to having a 12 x 12 canvas and this is very different. Do I attempt to scrapbook each little card? Should I use different paper? Pens? I know that after a month or so I'll be rocking and rolling along but for the time being, I am sort of working through this. I do, however, love that I got my son to do a little journaling and I love my Print & Cut "Family Portrait". I used my Cameo of course! And yes, that's the same picture you see on the title page. We literally have NO pictures of the four of us together. Which is something I am hoping this project will change for us. So I used the same picture that was taken on Christmas Day 2011. It's pretty cute, but I'm biased. I also want to apologize for the poor quality of the pictures. I took these with my IPhone, and when I was a little tired. I will endeavor to do better next time!

Thanks for stopping by!
I love how this turned out, Sabrina! I was thinking of doing a Project 365, but since I took no pictures until today, I thought that might be difficult. So instead, I'll do a project 12. One two page layout each month. Please hold me to it! I'll be watching your blog for inspiration.
ReplyDeleteMore fabulous pages, Sabrina!! This is such a cool thing and I will be in awe when you finish it!! I wish I had the determination to do something like this...it will be such a wonderful keepsake :)

Love in particular the journaling by your son - in years to come this will be so great to reminisce over.
ReplyDeleteLike Michelle said above, I also love the way you can record your son's journaling. Precious!
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone. The plan is to get everyone included as much as possible. At some point I would like the boys take pictures. It's probably way on down the line, but we have an entire year!
