Lovely Lava Lamp

A few weeks ago my oldest son attended a birthday party for a classmate.  In my attempt to do something other than the standard jewelry making, or mosaic craft gift I decided to do something a little different.  What did I come up with?  A personalized lava lamp.  







I used my Cricut and my Gypsy for this one.  The Flowers are from the Plantin Schoolbook and Walk In My Garden cartridges. 

Here it is all wrapped up!


I sure hope she likes it.  I had a great time making it!
